Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us a photo of the problem and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you don't need to return the item.

Changed your mind

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions and the return address. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Items we can't accept back

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of items that have been used by a pet, except when they arrive defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we process them.
