Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing and delivery: orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 6-10 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays.

Tracking: once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect packages once they have shipped.

Lost or delayed packages: if your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days, email pawsjusteveryday@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

Some items in a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages.
