Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us a photo of the problem and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you don't need to return the item.

Changed your mind: unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Items we can't accept back: for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of items that have been used by a pet, except when they arrive defective.

Refunds: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we process them.
